What is Prebuy?

Prebuy

Prebuy refers to the purchase of out-of-stock products (‘Prebuy products’). An out-of-stock product is set to Prebuy when the product has departed from the maker and Phillip & Lea has received an estimated date of arrival from its shipper. 

Prebuy products are identified by the PREBUY ADD TO CART button and the Estimated Dispatch Week Of (from our warehouse) date on the product page.

Prebuy will allow customers to secure products ahead of landing in Australia and to take advantage of our set discount offers when products are out-of-stock and en-route to Australia. 

Delivery

Orders that include in-stock and Prebuy products will be delivered when the Prebuy product(s) return to stock.

If economic to do so, Phillip & Lea will send the in-stock items ahead of Prebuy product(s) returning to stock.

The Estimated Dispatch Week Of (from our warehouse) date will be updated with the latest arrival information. We will notify customers of any material changes to the original Estimated Dispatch Week Of (from our warehouse) date.
