Our Returns policy applies to the following circumstances: (i) goods arrive at their destination faulty or damaged; and (ii) undamaged goods returned in the specified condition.
Please allow 15 working days from the day you return your package for a replacement to be received or your account to be refunded. For privacy and security reasons, Phillip & Lea does not store credit card information. You must provide us with this information again to receive a refund.
Phillip & Lea accepts no responsibility for loss of items returned to us.
Phillip & Lea reserves the right to accept notifications and goods received outside the timeframes specified in the Return policy.
Goods arrive at their destination faulty or damaged
We replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. We must receive notification of faulty or damaged products within 3 working days of your parcel being received. Under these circumstances, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in the appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by emailing email@example.com.
Undamaged goods returned in the specified condition
We will replace any undamaged item within 20 working days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition including unopened and unmarked packaging, and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt or packing slip.
For incorrect choices, the shipping cost is not refundable and products are to be returned to the specified address at the customer's own cost and risk. In order to process these returns, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so we are able to contact you.
