Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. A dispatched parcel with an incorrect delivery address will incur re-dispatch charges, additional freight charges, and delays in receiving orders.
We can process orders from overseas but can only deliver to addresses and post office boxes in Australia.
Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post’s eParcel service during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held at the collection centre stated on the calling card for the maximum hold time specified by the eParcel service. If you do not respond to the calling card parcels will be returned to us unclaimed. Further shipping charges will be payable for the re-dispatch of unclaimed parcels. Shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Most orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order being placed. We reccomend you allow an additional 1-5 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas of the capital cities. If the delivery address is outside these areas, allow 5-10 working days for delivery.
The above delivery timeframes are estimates only. However if you have not received your order within the specified delivery timeframes, please contact us at email@example.com. Remember to include the order number to enable us to promptly track the whereabouts of your order.
Availability of items is not guaranteed – although we do update our website regularly for items that are out-of-stock. If an item on your order has become unavailable or will be delayed, you will be notified promptly via email and provided with the option to place on backorder, select an alternative item, or receive a refund.
