Returns

Our Returns Policy applies to the following circumstances: (i) Item(s) arrive at their delivery address faulty or damaged; and (ii) item(s) returned due to incorrect choice.

Phillip & Lea accepts no responsibility for loss of items returned to us.  

Phillip & Lea reserves the right to accept notifications and goods received outside the timeframes specified in the Return policy.  

Item(s) arrive at their destination faulty or damaged

Phillip & Lea will replace or refund any items that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged item(s) must be received within 3 working days of your order being delivered. Notification is to be sent to info@phillipandlea.com.au with images and description of the damage or fault. We will email in return with the procedure for returning faulty or damaged item(s).

Item(s) returned due to incorrect choice 

Phillip & Lea allows item(s) to be returned due to incorrect choice. Notification of returning item(s) due to incorrect choice must be received within 3 working days of the order being received. Notification is to be sent to info@phillipandlea.com.au with the order details of the item(s) to be returned. We will email in return with the procedure for returning item(s) due to incorrect choice.

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including unopened and unmarked product packaging, and within 20 working days of the notification. Notifications are sent to info@phillipandlea.com.au. Once the item(s) is declared fit for sale, the value of the item(s) will be refunded. The timeframe for the latter is within 3 working days of the item(s) being received.

The shipping cost is not refundable. Item(s) are to be returned at the buyer's own cost and risk.
